Registration and Fees
Registration is by team, not by competitor. Registration is not complete until all forms and entry fees for the team have been received, and the competitors of the team have been confirmed as eligible to compete by USODA.
A Team Parent shall complete a Team Registration Form for each team. Teams may consist of 4 or 5 competitors and each competitor and his or her parent must complete the Individual Registration and Waiver Form, and the Health Care and Emergency Information Form. Required forms:

1, Team Registration Form pdf doc (completed by team parent)
2. Individual Registration and Waiver Form pdf doc (completed by each team competitor and his or her parent)
3. Healthcare and Emergency Information Form pdf doc (completed by each team competitor and his or her parent)

The Postmark date on the Team Registration package determines timely registration and entry fee.

1. Postmark by July 3, 2008 - $70 per competitor (team total $280-$350)
2. Postmark by July 10, 2008 - $120 per competitor
3. Postmark after July 10, 2008 - $145 per competitor
4. No registration will be accepted if not received by the registrar by 5 PM Wednesday July 16, 2008.

All fees are in U.S. Dollars, with checks made payable to Westhampton Yacht Squadron.
