Where to Stay, Eat, and Play Near the Westhampton Yacht Squadron

We look forward to welcoming you to the Westhampton Yacht Squadron, which,
you should know is actually located in a little town just west of Westhampton - Remsenburg!
Remsenburg, situated east of Eastport, south of Speonk, west of Westhampton and right on Moriches Bay, is a quiet residential area. But you'll discover that the towns surrounding us offer many nice places to stay, dine, shop and enjoy. |

Where to Stay
Many of you have already arranged accommodations near the Optimst Nationals venue
in Patchogue. But if you're still searching for a place to stay check the
Nationals site or try the Long Island Conventions and
Visitors Bureau site.
You may also find a nice bed and breakfast through the Westhampton Chamber of
Commerce page or try
"A Victorian On the Bay" in Eastport.

Where to Eat
We'll have information and directions to local delis, grocery stores and convenience stores for you when you arrive at the Yacht Squadron. But if you want to be sure to sample the best local restaurants, you should call ahead and make reservations.

Where to Play
You're of course welcome to enjoy our facilities after lessons are done for the day at the pool and tennis courts. You can also find other tennis facilities nearby at the Westhampton Beach High School. The beaches offer just a few areas for daytrippers, and we'll have that information for you at the club as well. But your visit to Remsenburg would not be complete without a trip to the North or South Fork of the Hamptons. Are you a shopping outlet lover? We've got a huge Tanger Mall nearby in Riverhead.
